Overview Isaro Foundation is a non- profit organization born of an initiative to make Rwanda the most educated country in Africa. Jean Leon Iragena founded Isaro Foundation on October 15th, 2011, while a sophomore at Millsaps College. The organization has since grown to encompass a number of projects made possible by members and volunteers. Members of Isaro Foundation are committed to use every opportunity at hand to stir the reading and writing culture in Rwanda’s young generation.
