As an organization that was founded by a Rwandan student in the United States of America, Isaro Foundation offers internship opportunities to Rwandan students in the United States during summer in Rwanda.
2015 Internships applications are available. The deadline for all applicants is May 12th, 2015. Internships will start on June 8th and end on July 17th. A stipend will be given to every intern in two installments. For summer 2015, there are three internships that are available:
1. Event Manager
Pursuing a degree in one of the following: Communications, Mass Media, Creative Writing, English, French, Political Science, Public Management, History or any related field.
Proficiency in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
2. Website Manager (Webmaster)
Pursuing a degree in one of the following: computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, information technology, Applied Mathematics (applied in computer science) or any other related field.
Skills in website design and management
3. Fundraising and Planning
Pursuing a degree in one of the following: Economics, Education, Sociology, Anthropology or Psychology
Skills in writing proposals, grants and projects.
